• Users agree to provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
• Users are solely responsible for their participation in activities and assume all associated risks.
• Organizers must ensure the safety and feasibility of the activities they propose.

4. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

• LINMO does not organize or oversee activities and is not liable for injuries, damages, or disputes arising from participation in activities.
• LINMO does not verify the qualifications of organizers or the safety of the activities.
• Users waive any claims against LINMO related to their participation in activities.

5. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

• Some activities may require payment. Transactions are handled via third-party payment processors.
• LINMO does not offer refunds; refund policies depend on the organizer’s terms.

6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Users must not:

• Use the App for illegal activities.
• Post misleading or fraudulent information.
• Harass or harm other users.
• Violate the rights of third parties.

7. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions.
